Suna Solutions has been a premium provider of employment-related services for 16 years, starting in the payroll and temporary staffing market. Over the past five years, Suna has expanded to include a Managed Service Provider (MSP) solution. This expansion was branded Suna Workforce Management (SWM) and features a comprehensive suite of products designed to manage a growing contingent workforce, prominently backed by SWM VMS—a white-labeled version of Bridge VMS.   

The Challenge

Suna Solutions had been utilizing a competitor’s VMS but was looking to increase the number of HRIS platforms it was able to support. Although the competitor VMS worked effectively for clients integrated in certain HRIS environments, it was not always well matched for those requiring a more tailored solution. This could result in inefficiencies and complications in managing the contingent workforce. Suna Solutions needed a streamlined VMS that could be customized to their specific customer needs, was easily adaptable, and provided a seamless user experience.

The Solution

After an extensive search and numerous demos with various VMS providers, Suna Solutions selected Bridge VMS for its simplicity, user-friendly interface, strong partnership approach, and robust functionality. Bridge VMS stood out for its intuitive design, making it easy for users to navigate the system effectively. This was crucial for ensuring quick adoption and ease of use among Suna's customers. 

Bridge worked with Suna to fine-tune its implementation to provide a VMS solution they needed that was finely tuned to meet the specific needs of their clients, with Suna successfully launching their first customer on SWM VMS in January 2024. A second customer was launched shortly followed by a second and a third implementation is currently in progress.
