Updated Job Status Filter for Client Users

Client users now have the ability to filter jobs by the status “outsourced”.

Updated Job History Statuses

We’ve polished up some of the job history statuses to make managing the audit trail smoother and easier.    

Due Date on Invoices

We have now introduced the option of including a due date on client and supplier invoices.  This due date is calculated against the invoice date and the payment terms settings applied to the client.  You can enable this by visiting the invoice rules section in a client profile and checking the box that says “has due date” in a given invoice rule.  Please refer to the updated invoice rule guide here for more information: How to set up invoice rules for a client

Rate Display Improvements

We’ve added the option to hide or show the MSP fee amount on the timesheet view or approval page.  See the rate display options to enable this.

Custom Fields Improvements

We've made some small, but mighty, improvements to placement custom fields. When you extend a placement that carries a custom field, those fields will automatically pull through to the newly created placement extension, reducing the need to manually re-add them.

Rate Differentials (US)

We’ve made some small improvements to the rate differentials functionality for rate-based job templates on our US instance.

Bug Buster Brigade

Our dedicated Bug Buster Brigade continues to work diligently behind the scenes to ensure a seamless and enhanced user experience for all our clients.  They’ve managed to squash a few niggly bugs in this latest release.
