Platform Access Fees

MSP users can now effortlessly add Platform Access Fees to an employer profile. These fees serve as a mechanism to charge suppliers for accessing the system. The fees are deducted from the hourly/daily rate of the supplier, providing enhanced transparency and seamlessly transfer right through to the supplier billing processes. Learn how to configure and utilize this feature by viewing our guide: How to configure and use Platform Access Fees.

Report Scheduling

Introducing report scheduling to the custom report builder, allowing MSP users to automate report generation and distribution. Easily assign schedules to reports, specifying the schedule name, output format, frequency, and recipients through our user-friendly scheduling modal. This feature enables reports to run and send automatically within the set time period, enhancing efficiency and timely access to crucial data. Discover how to utilize this feature by viewing our guide: How to schedule reports.

Placement Date Change Reasons

Introducing reason code for editing placement dates, allowing MSP users to report on the reasons why placement dates were updated. We’ve configured two default reasons under this feature which are “Placement Extended” and “Placement Cancelled”. You can edit these and configure more by going to Employers > Select your Employer > Reasons > Add new reason.

OT Strategy Improvements (US Only)

We’ve made some improvements to the Overtime Strategy function that now enables weekly and daily options to be combined into one single strategy. This helps with configuring the Californian Overtime Strategy rules. We’ve also introduced templates for the most commonly used Overtime Strategies which can be found within the Overtime Strategy section in the main site settings. These are: “California Overtime Rules”, “Standard Daily & Weekly” and “Standard Weekly 7 Days”.

Terminology Improvements

We've implemented enhancements to the terminology used within the system, specifically under the English-US language setting. These improvements aim to enhance clarity and consistency, ensuring a smoother user experience across all interactions within the platform.
