We’re excited to let you know that we have successfully completed a new release to the live BridgeVMS system. If big, exciting product launches are our marathon, think of this release as a 10k training run. Improvements made, great strides taken, bugs squished and a PB for the new features added, but mainly a behind-the-scenes slog that is setting us up for even bigger things down the road.
Introducing a “statement” PDF invoice format to our UK instance. This new format enables MSP users to issue a statement to a client detailing the supplier invoice numbers and the totals to be paid. MSP users also have the ability to add text to the statement. When this is selected any MSP fees that are due are issued in a separate MSP fee invoice.

MSP users can now address supplier invoices directly to clients rather than to the MSP, providing further flexibility to the billing process.
We’re introducing a new invoice type: "Separate Line Item per Timesheet." This feature allows MSP fees to appear as individual line items on PDF invoices, giving clearer visibility into costs
Interview notes can now only be added when a candidate is in the interview stage. Once they move beyond this stage, the notes become read-only. If no notes are added, the "Interview Notes" option will be hidden, keeping things tidy.
We’ve improved the candidate operational workflow feature, offering greater stability with the new candidate management options.
To boost performance, we’ve enabled asynchronous processing for larger custom reports. By removing the on-screen preview option, these reports can now run in the background, improving overall efficiency.
Our team has been working hard behind the scenes, squashing bugs and optimising the system for a smoother user experience. Your feedback continues to help us make these improvements!
We trust that these updates will further enrich your experience with our platform. Your feedback is invaluable to us, so please do not hesitate to share any thoughts or suggestions via our dedicated support team. You can raise a ticket here: BridgeVMS Support.
