Bridge VMS Product Updates - September 30, 2024

We’re excited to let you know that we have successfully completed a new release to the live BridgeVMS system.  If big, exciting product launches are our marathon, think of this release as another 10k training run.  Improvements made, great strides taken, and importantly, bugs squished.  While it might feel like a quiet update, there are key improvements here that will make your experience smoother and more efficient.

Improved Compliance Validation

We’ve streamlined the compliance process!  Now, when documents are missing, you can upload them directly by clicking on the document name in the validation section.  The upload window will automatically pre-select the document type for you.  This makes it easier than ever for suppliers to submit missing, rejected, or updated documents in a snap for all candidates going through the compliance validation process.

Timesheet Data Loader Improvements

We’ve fine tuned the timesheet data loader, creating improvements when loading large volumes of data.  This will help you save time and reduce manual effort when managing timesheets.

New Reporting Filter – “Placement Creation Date”

For those using the custom report builder, you can now filter reports by “placement creation date” and even include this field in your reports.  This added flexibility gives you more power to extract the insights you need.

Timesheet Breaks Enhancement

To align with the timesheet data loader we’ve introduced 1 minute intervals for breaks that you can configure under “timesheet breaks” in the category settings.  Additionally, we’ve fixed a bug affecting automatic break deduction where break intervals were being used on the timesheet format, ensuring accurate time tracking.

Bug Fixes and Optimisations
